The department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering was started in 2001, with intake of 60. The dept now has an intake of 120 in B.Tech Course from this Academic year. In the year 2013-2014, department started Master’s degree M. Tech in Power system control and automation with an intake of 18. The department is run by well qualified and experienced faculty committed to train students realizing the importance of latest technologies. The department has well established laboratories with state-of-art equipments and software’s like PSPICE, PSIM and MATLAB. The department periodically organizes industrial Trainings, seminars, workshops, industrial Visits, Internships and guest lectures for the benefit the both the students and faculty.
